I had gotten mine done through parekhcards.com and they did an excellent job :)  they were pretty inexpensive.

    Things to watch for
    - ounces - how much does it weigh?  based on weight, how many stamps do you need?  Are you getting a wedding stamp, or the first class one?
    - dimensions - if it's bigger than a certain size, then it's considered a different class, and requires more postage.

I'm likely going to order mine from a vendor on www.etsy.com. They are all handmade cards by artists and so each card is really unique and customizable. On average, they are $4/a piece which is definitely 3 times more than ordering from India, but you get a more modern, updated style if that's what you want

We DIY'd our invitations, but I've heard great things about Wedding Paper Divas. We ordered our Thank You cards from them and they came out really well!

    Bonus - they're having a sale until Jan 11th:
