Need Some Knottie Vibes! UPDATE

I just found out that the children of 2 of our family friends are missing. They went skiing in Canada and haven't been heard from in a a few days. This is very unlike them and both of their families and all of their friends are very worried. I've known both of these boys since they were little. I babysat them, I watched them grow up, and them and their families are very dear to my heart.

If you could just keep them in your thoughts and prayers and send good vibes towards them and their families, it would mean so much to me.

UPDATE: This morning we finally got in contact with the boys and they are perfectly fine. I guess they forgot to charge thier phones and were just so busy they didn't think about anyone trying to contact them. Thanks for all of the good vibes during that stressful time :)

    Thanks you guys. They are both extremly talented skiers but that tends to make them big risk takers too. They've done some reckless things in the past but I'm hoping thats not the case this time. I just wish I could be doing something to help instead of just sitting in class.

    Beth - I'll be thinking about them. I hope they didn't go off into the back country, as I'm assuming they are skiing in British Columbia, because people don't realize that cells don't anecessarily work out there.

    People in those areas work really hard to locate people when people go missing, I'm sure they'll be found soon.

    Thanks Hazel, that is comforting to know. My biggest worry is that they went into the back country because they've been known to do that before. They know that they can't rely on cells working but they are 17 and think they are invincible. I'm hoping they just aren't answering their phones or that their phones died but they are safe and not in any danger.

    Oh no!  I hope that that are found I will keep them in my prayers. :(  Don't feel bad about not doing anything beth, unless you are a search and rescue member there isn't much you can do :/

    So glad to hear that good news!  Totally relieved!  I hope their parents seriously punish them for being so thoughtless and worrying so many people!

    There is no doubt in my mind there will be some punishment. One of their brothers and dad actually got lost hunting once so he really should know better than to put his mom through that kind of stress ever again! But I'm super glad they are fine and were just being dumb teenage boys.
