Engagement Photo Sessoin - tip?

We are having our engagement photos taken next week and we are going through George Street Photo. They do not 'guarantee' that the photographer who you have on your engagement photos will do your wedding but they say they try their best... Do we need to tip the guy after the engagement shoot? We are already paying $300 to have it done but just curious standard practice?

We used GSP for our wedding last June. We also paid the extra fee to have our EPics done outside. We did not tip for the engagement shoot, but we did for the wedding.

Where are you having your shoot?

What GSP office did you book out of?

We didn't tip for our e-pics; but it was including in our photog package.

on the date of my shoot I tipped my hair stylist as well as my photographer. hope this is helpful. i think everyone has different opinions on this and what is standard. if you feel you got exceptional service from any of them that you work with and can afford it, then do what you feel comfortable with.

We didn't tip on the day of our e-shoot either, but ours was also included in the package. If you know you will have the same photographer on the day of the wedding tip them then!
