Any knotties travel here in the beginning of August? If so how was the weather? I'm worried about it raining the whole week and online isn't really giving me much answers.

    We traveled to Riviera Maya last August during the first week.  It didn't rain once while we were there.  No matter what month you go, it could always rain, but I think it's more likely in September during hurricane season.  It was VERY hot and humid when we went in August, which was uncomfortable at times, but we normally spent most of our time in the pool or ocean, or at a restaurant etc. so it wasn't so bad.  I would say you're safe to go in August!

    I think a lot of people confuse hurricane season with rainy season and that is not the same. We went in September and it was gorgeous except one small shower one afternoon for about 20 minutes.

    I've been twice in October and had gorgoues 90-degree sunny weather the whole time.  My bf HMed there last labor day and had the same weather.
