Undergarmets...HELP!!!!

Hello ladies.  I have a super chic-like question. Can anyone recommend a good undergarmet for strapless dresses that would work for a busty lady like myself.  I had my dress taken in 2 inches on each side to fit but now my boobies are pushed up more.  I'm just looking for a garment that might restrain them a little so I'm not looking too obscene.  The strapless bra I was planning to wear just won't cut it anymore so I need some serious HELP!!!!  I also tried a few torsolettes but those also give the "shelf" effect.  Thanks ladies.

Usually Maidenform makes a really good long line bra. I believe Kohl's, Macy's & VonMaur sell them.

I was gonna mention to try Spanx or whatever VS equivalent is. I have personally never worn them, but have generally heard good things about them.

Spanx are one of the best inventions in the history of life! I second the thought that they would be great to check out. I think they have ones that go all the way up to cover the chest (though I may be wrong on that). Any of the good shapewear lines should be good for downsizing the va va voom, though.

AWESOME. Thanks sooo much ladies.  I just checked Spanx website and they make bras too.  You are right they ARE great.  They make a garmet that will constrain or slim any part of the body you want.  Super cool!!!!!!!
