Tuesday Accountability

We've got a Communication meeting at work today, and one of the guys is celebrating 25 yrs w/ the company.  That means cake. 

B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ milk
S: peach and string cheese
L: Tuna avocado salad, small piece of cake
S: string cheese and almonds
D: egg sandwiches on whole wheat english muffins w/ peameal bacon and cheese

E: NROL4W Stage 5B Workout 2
PW: protein powder w/ water

    D: lemon herb chicken on the grill with a little bit of pasta salad

    Oh my dinner plans did NOT work out last night.... We were got home way too late from all sorts of things. Ended up splitting a eggplant parm sub and a garden salad. Oops! Wont do that again anytime soon though!! Because I ate so late last night it was really hard for me to get up for my morning walk today, but I did it =)

    B - Strawberries, half a bagel with cream cheese (about 200 cals)
    S - banana, greek yogurt
    L - Carrots & hummus, plain tuna
    S - Apple, protein shake
    D - Assorted grilled veggies sprinkled with garlic & herb feta. Grilled chicken also if I'm really hungry.

    I also brought a bottle of light chocolate soymilk to keep in the work fridge. Yesterday everyone was snaking on sweet things and I ended up having a handful of chocolate covered raisins. I'm hoping the soy milk will work to satisfy a sweet craving.

    E - 45 minute walk this morning. Humidity is supposed to drop so I should be able to ride my horse after work without melting!

    I am so proud of myself for going to the gym last night after dinner! I only did 30 mins because I thought I was going to vomit and was having severe acid reflux so I will never do it again.

    b-life coffee
    s- 1 mini peanutbutter cup and 1 mini dark chocolate mars candy
    l-chobani and strawberries
    d- 2 mini burritos. Whole grain wraps, black beans, chicken, spinach, red peppers, a bit of reduced fat cheese and salsa verde.

    e- 60 minutes on the elliptical and then cleaning out my car.

    ok so I've totally been MIA for weeks!!  I am down to less than 2 months and am freaking out...I've been going crazy, but I am back and ready for some accountability!! (though I have managed to stay on track during my absence!)
    B- 1 whole 1 white scrambled eggs, wheat toast, low sugar jelly, coffee
    S- yogurt with grapenuts
    L- peanut butter and jelly
    D- ? probably grilled chicken with summer squash and zucchini and a sweet potato

    E- Definately 20 min HIIT, and hoping to get back to NROL--Ive been slacking in that dept. lately.....

    HI THERE!  I'm new to the knot, and would like to join the thread!  I'm 26 and in pharmacy school.  My man and I both live in Nashville, Tennessee.  I have a few pounds to lose before we start dress hunting and taking pictures.  I assume that I post the food I'm eating for today...

    B - eggs, turkey bacon, whole wheat toast
    L - lean cuisine and veggie chips
    S - raw almonds
    S - grilled veggies, turkey sausaage, rice

    Ugh, I think the heat is starting to get to me. Am really shaky after my lunchtime workout so think I'm going to take a half rest day and clean our house and rest a little...

    B - 2 multigrain waffles w/ 1 tbsp natural PB and 1/2 tbsp sf raspberry jelly
    MS - banana
    L - Boca bruschetta patty on salad w/ cucumbers and lf raspberry vinegarette, string cheese
    AS - baby carrots w/ roasted red pepper hummus
    D - turkey meatball kabobs w/ red & green peppers and onion, jasmine rice w/ pineapple salsa, corn on the cob
    S - either 100 cal kettle corn or a skinny cow treat to celebrate the end of invitation hell, or nothing depending on my calorie count hahah

    E - 35 hill interval on elliptical with arm weights (and a book haha - I've gotten good at balancing)
