Hi ladiesss!!! I've missed you all

) Just got back from Hawaii yesterday (wicked jet lagged) but I thought I'd share some details for anyone thinking of O'ahu for a honeymoon.
First of all... everything is BEAUTIFUL. Gorgeous flowers, unbelievable views and perfect weather. O'ahu is the most commercial of the islands, with Waikiki as it's main tourist attraction. Waikiki was fun, but we could really only spend one full day there.... the rest of the island has so much more to offer. We stayed about 30 min. outside of the city in Waipahu with one of my best friends from hs who lives there with her bf.
My FI and I are really active. Just about everyday we went on a nice hike, some days more challenging than others, and rewarded ourselves by relaxing at a new beach.

Koko Head hike- over 1000 step to the top of this mountain! Rough to say the least... but the view was well worth it!

One of our favorite beaches was Waimea Bay, along the North Shore. This beach has 20-50 ft waves in the winter... but beautiful calm waters in the summer time!

Makapu'u Point was another tough hike... the East most point of the island.

Ka'ena Point was an easy but long hike along the North shore leading to the West most point on the island. We got lucky and saw some Monk seals!

Our favorite thing was by far snorkeling in Hanauma Bay... a MUST do! I could honestly go on forever! I didn't realize how long this was until I scrolled up. But all in all, it was an amazing vacation. We saw a lot of couples on their honeymoons and we'd definetly considering going back for ours. Although, a lot of the locals recommended some of the outside islands as they are considered to be even more beautiful and more romantic! If anyone has questions feel free to PM me!
