another check my friends.... (PIB)

LADIES!!!!!!

First off: Happy Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YIPPIE

second: went to davids bridal last night and bridesmaids bought their dresses YAHOO!!

I did tell them that they could pick out their dress as long as it was the same fabric and length... well they all picked the same dress!! YIPPIE!!!
so the girl that helped us last night or should i say was suppose to help us last nigth did not do a good job at all!! I asked her to please get all the dresses that came in satin and that we could order in marine and if she could please get the girls sizes if they had them.... i know it sounds like a lot of work but there was only like 6 dresses in satin.... did she do it? of course not.. so i was running around grabbing dresses in different sizes and going and getting clips so i could clip the dress to fit the girls.....while she was no where to be found and the store was DEAD! but anyways its wutev now and in the end it was a happy story!!

    Yay!  Love it when the girls easily agree on something!  Please tell me you'll be placing the order with someone else?  Which David's was it?

    YAY!!!

    And you aren't the first to experience this with Davids Bridal...they aren't exaclty known for great customer service.  I used to work for Alfread Angelo in Tukwilla and we ALWAYS had people come from there just livid and annoyed that thier appointment time was useless because the person that was supposed to help them was no where to be found!

    Im glad you found your dresses though! Those are cute!! :)

    Love those dresses!!! That is one of my fav dresses at DB!

    DB is really hit and miss with customer service. It really sucks. I've had GREAT experiences and I've also had really sh!tty ones..

    either way, glad you got your bm dresses! great check!

    yeah I went there last weekend to get an idea of what they had and the girl that helped us was AMAZING!! she was so slammed with so many different people but she did such a great job checking in with us and getting us different dresses and giving her comments! she was very good :)

    um the one in Lynnwood... not sure I should say her name on here but if you go there do not get someone who starts with an A........

    yeah some people are just not gifted with the whole customer service thing i guess...

    but in the end it worked out GREAT and the dress was only $99 now im just trying to decide on what kind of shoes for them to wear!!! thoughts? comments?

    I only went into DB once, the Lynnwood one as well, and I worked with Nicole, so I say try to get the girl who helped you the last time or ask for Nicole and order from one of the two.  She was really nice and helpful - I just didn't find the right dress there. 

    Shoes, I would maybe ask the girls (separately) if they want to do blue or something like silver which might be cute too.  That way hopefully they can get shoes they'll wear again.  And ask what heel height they feel comfortable in.

    Cute dress.  I'd say silver shoes.  And maybe each pick their own since the dresses match. 

    I had a good experience at the DB in Tacoma.  No appt and they fit me in.  The girl was nice and helpful, but didn't exactly get what I was looking for.  Ended up finding my dress at Alfred Angelo.

    those are the dresses my girls got! i love them. 
    they got them in pool, and are going to wear silver shoes & jewelry of their choice.

    I had a good experience at DB in Tacoma too :) I tried to go to the Alfred Angelo in Tukwila, and they turned me away. Wouldn't even let me try on 1 dress because I didn't have an appointment, and there was NO ONE in there.

    My BM had periwinkle dresses and did silver shoes. It worked out really well, made the color easy to match, and it is more likely that they will wear them again.
