  We got ours from 20th Century Illuminations.  Not only was it beautiful, but the artist allowed us to use the design for our paper products (invitations, programs, etc.)

  ketubah.com - we got a plain one made but personalized with names/dates.  My DH did the artwork, but they have a lot already illustrated.
