Help with DJ and Photographer

Hello Ladies,
On my to do list that my day of coordinator gave me, I am supposed to start meeting with florists, DJs and Photographers. I know what I should do at the florist appointments but I'm not sure what I am supposed to do at the photographer and DJs appointments. If you have booked either one or both of these, can you tell me what to do?

    What we did at the appointment with the photographer was look over an album he had done, talk about how he works (e.g., posed photos versus candids), and talk about what we wanted (number of hours of coverage; photos on disk, prints, albums?) and budget.  On a more subjective level, we were looking at how comfortable we felt with him.  After all, if you're going to be spending a lot of hours with him on your wedding day, you want to make sure you're comfortable enough so that your photos show you as relaxed, not strung out.
