  Have you ever checked out MPIX or snapfish? I know they have albums but i do not know what kind of covers they have. I know my friend who does pics on the side and orders her customers pictures from there.

  I think Shutterfly has improved their album selection and you can get nicer ones through them??

  I've used Picaboo. They have wedding albums and they are on LivingSocial and Groupon all of the time.
