I just want to warn other brides about Bedazzled Bridal in Gastonia, I went today on my neverending search to find the dress of my dreams. Well I went to the Charlotte Wedding show a couple of weekends ago and Bedazzled gave me an evenlope with a special offer could be anything up to a free dress. So I figured why not, got there and saw 2 dresses in the window I knew I wanted to try on. Once I got inside and had someone assigned to help me I pointed out them right away, she said she would pull them aside I saw the one get pulled and didnt see the other get pulled before I went back, well 30 mins later and a few gowns later, with very little help from the sales girl, I asked what happened to the other dress I asked to be pulled and for the dress my mom pulled also since neither made it back. She went to go find them, could never find the one my mom pulled and told me another girl was trying on my dress and that it might be a few minutes, so I decided to wait. 20 minutes later she came up to me and told me I wouldn't be able to try on the first dress I picked out due to the other girl trying it on and refusing to take it off. I said ok and decided to leave, my mother, me and my sister got confronted by the manager who was a very hostile gentleman when I explained what happened he didn't seem to care and was more interested in getting us out of his store, 10% of my wedding dress wouldn't have made a difference. They refused to let my mom take any pictures that we could email to my grandparents who live in another city and cant drive 5 hours everytime we try on dresses and they almost didn't let my sister come back to watch due to only 1 person being allowed when several other parties had 5 people or more. I will never recommened Bedazzled and their store to anyone.
