Memorial Day Weekend Brides - what do you have to do this weekend?

I'm a May 26th bride, so just 8 days away!!!

What are all you Memorial Day Weekend brides up to WR and NWR this weekend?
For me it's....
WR:
-Print the candy buffet sign
-Print programs & insert in program
-Print placecards
-Make directional signs for getting to our reception hall
-Bachelorette Party on Saturday!!

NWR:
-Plant some flowers & veggie garden
-Kinda WR & NWR.....hubby-to-be is moving his stuff in and working on the house
-Relax!

WR: I am picking up my dress, writing some thank yous, practicing our first dance, deciding the order of the reception events, and making a wedding day schedule.

NWR: going to a baseball game, and hanging out with my grandma!

I still have a ton to do, but I have a bunch of honeys doing a sleep over this Saturday to help me:

- My house is getting painted

- Iron napkins

- Finish packing all the items to take to the venue

- Print my candy buffet signs

- Print programs

- Print Placecards

- Do the flip flop tags

- Warp wedding party gifts & write their cards

- Buy program and flip flop baskets

Ugh, we still have WAY too much to finish.

WR:

- fix centerpieces (this sounds crazy, but I just need to make small adjustments)
- finish feather corsages for moms
- finish BM gifts
- buy/order stuff for the bar
- make the bar sign
- put together bags for OOT guests (I only need to make about 5 of these)

NWR:
- work in the lab

- clean the house

WR: Meet with venue, drop off lots of things, final dress fitting, print out tickets/other documents for honeymoon

NWR: finish digging a garden bed around out mailbox, plant seeds, walk the dog because I think he's getting fat, go see the avengers

Get more $ out of savings to make final payments (I'm angry about this)

Pick up BM gifts from embroidery shop

Pick up hungover FI from bachelor party

Confirm stuff

Prepare a "day of" bag

Don't let mother stress me out. No mom, I'm not doing a seating chart.

Pack for HM?!

My b-party is this weekend!! Woot!!

WR
- finalize programs
- give guest names to stationary designer for escort cards
- get ribbon/make MOH sash
- buy bags for gifts
- do day of schedule
- make up trial this weekend
- finish shopping for honeymoon
- finalize seating
- start packing
- finalize order for linens and favors
- get last gift for FSIL

UGH.

NWR
- finish unpacking from move
- clean, organize house
- hopefully do a little decorting since I KNOW FI's family will want to see the house when they come to town

WR:
- picking up my dress and FI''s tux on Wednesday
- getting my rings cleaned (for free) at our jewelry store on Thursday
- decorating my parent's place for the tea ceremony (it takes place at noon on my wedding day)

NWR: we're going to my aunt's 70s birthday and my Fi's 80s surprise birthday on the same day this weekend! Hahaa

And my top 1 priority right now: checking the weather every 10 min for May 26... hahaa...as of now, it says scattered storms with 60% rain.. I'm praying it will change... *crossingmyfingers*

I am going to drop the rings off at the jeweler's to be cleaned, submit the final menu item count to our venue, and work on the seating chart. Possibly practice walking in my shoes also.

Non-wedding related: we're going to a graduation party where there will be swimming, so I will try very hard not to get a sunburn!

going to NJ...and picking up my ring which is getting cleaned and re-rodiumed.

everything gets dropped off at the venue during next weeks shennanigans. Im done with everything else. thank god.

- Confirm day of hotel and towncar reservations

- Set up final venue meeting for next week (drop off candy bar items, candles for centerpieces, sample signature cocktail to make sure it's correct)

- Just picked up my dress!! Eek

- Practice first dance and finalize songs

NWR: Graduation is tomorrow and we're moving into our new place on Sunday!

I'm a little busy, but not overwhelmingly so...

WR:

-Write names on escort cards

-Wrap BM gifts

-Wrap FG gifts

-Put together kids' activity kits

-Put together itinerary and email to important peeps

-Confirm songs with DJ & ceremony musician

-Practice my make-up

NWR:

-Write my final lesson plans of the year

-Move another batch of stuff to FI's place

It looks like more than I thought, but it should be too bad.
