    Could you be a little more specific about what you're looking for? I lived in and got married in San Antonio before moving to Virginia recently, so I might be able to help if you had anything specific in mind.

    There are probably some venues in Fredericksburg or Georgetown that would suit what you're looking for (country, outside...).  Water may be more difficult, all things considered.  Could you give a little more information about the size of the wedding and cost?  I know Mercury Hall, just outside of Austin, is a nice outdoors venue, but I hear small groups can get pretty swallowed up in it because it's rather large.
