Tuxes

So I'm hoping FI and I can get out and look at tuxes this weekend.  Of course there's Men's Wearhouse, but I've heard mixed reviews about them and that they are a bit pricier.  What does everyone else recommend?  As a note, the groomsmen and fathers are all from OOT.  Does that matter?  If I go with a local company, how do they get their measurements taken to get a tux ordered?  Sorry, if that's a stupid question.  I'm just not sure how that would work.

    We are using Formally Modern on Clybourn (they have a couple other locations too. They have been very helpful and professional. They OOT groomsmen can just send in their measurments. For something different you can also buy custom made ties if you don't want to rent which is also available.
    Also, as a bonus they have 1/2 price invitations that you can buy through them. We got our invitations there and we love them and have gotten positive reviews from guests.

    We're using Men's Warehouse.  When we went in for measurements, they were over-the-top wonderful.

    We had a baby with us and needed to change him, and they said just use their display table.

    A man came in who had forgotten his suit for a wedding that night (he drove in from a city about 1 hour away), they fitted him with a new suit, hung the jacket on a hanger, and took it out to the car for him.  I told the man they may ask for the first dance also.

    I have NEVER seen customer service like that.  Base on this experience and one more earlier experience with them, I'd pay the extra money to go there.

    We had a great experience with Black Tie Formal Wear. OOT GM don't matter; 75% of ours were OOT and it was not an issue.
    We had originaly booked with MW, but when we found out how much money everyone would save ($40 per tux) for the same exact tux at BTFw, we decided to cancel with MW and it was a great decision.
