How much to budget for alcohol for 200 people?

We have looked at per person packages and also by the bottle - not sure how much of a bill to expect???

    Not sure what your situation is, but we are bringing in a bartending service (Grapevine), have around 150, and our budget is just short of 2000. If everything is on site, ask your location, or check out Grapevines estimator. It helped me out a lot as i was starting to figure things out!
