Hi Knotties,

FI and I are kind of untraditional and we're into Katy Perry. He also asked me to marry him on the Fourth of July. Do you think it would be a good first dance song?

It's a mostly young people (mid-twenties) wedding if that makes any difference.

I love that song. It's already on my list of music for our wedding, just not the first dance song. I just prefer a slow song for our first dance. Do whatever song you and your fi want.

Sure, why not. It's a fun song. You could before the first dance have some intro about how/when he proposed to put it into context?

love this song. i'm going to use it for our reception entrance song ( I was born on the 4th of July, so i loveee fireworks). For us, it's a little too fast for a first song, but I still definitely love it
