Health and Fitness Check In

MH - I miss you and your keeping us on track with days of the week postings!

I fell off the wagon this weekend and woke up 2 pounds heavier on Monday than I was last Monday. Not the right direction.

I usually run on a treadmill at the gym, but I'm starting to get bored of that, so decided to go outside. I haven't run on the road in years. I forgot how much harder it is than the treadmill! I had my dog with me and she started hanging back after 2-ish, so I used that as a nice excuse to cut my original plan short. I'm a slacker.

I lost all the easter vacation gain plus .4 lbs.  So I'm back on track.  I'm so freaken surprised how quickly WW works when you follow it.  I even has habachi!

Worked out 3 times last week which is good.  Didn't work out last night because I forgot my sports bra and I don't belong to the booblet club.  I might work out tonight and/or drink.  Yes it's only Tuesday but I need a drink ASAP (I've been thinking about it since 730 am).  So we'll see.

I hit the 20lb mark for weight loss... woot.

I just wish I saw a difference. I don't feel one, don't see one, I actually feel like I'm chunkier than I was a month ago, even though I've been eating better.

Paprika - I know it took me 25 lbs to lose a pant size.  Just keep at it.  It's gotta make a difference sooner or later!

First of all woot to 20lbs - just try and remain proud of that fact, and keep up the good work. You'll see results soon. Plus if it is TOM as you said in the GM post, well you'll be bloated and cranky about how you look just b/c it's that time. Happens to me every month.

Second, not sure where I am in terms of weight loss. I feel pretty good, I've been eating well and worked out 4 times last week and again last night. I may take today off since I'm tired, depends on how I feel when I get home. Tonight may be a veg and catch up on shows kind of night.

I hit the 20 lb mark this weekend too, whoohoo! Go us! And I'm just now starting to feel my pants getting looser, although I haven't been able to go down a size yet. And I've been doing this for 3 months now. So hang in there, you will see the progress, it just can take a little while is all. Which is frustrating, I know. I want to get new jeans so bad but I won't until I know I can fit into a smaller size.

We were bad and got chinese food last night, however I was really good about portion control, so I felt pretty good about that. Plus I took the dogs for a super long walk so I actual had calories left over after plugging everything in. I <3 myfitnesspal. It makes it so easy to plug everything in.

I worked abs this morning and holy crap do they hurt already! But I was able to go up 10 lbs on all the machines so that felt awesome. Softball tonight, and working on the yard later this week, so lots of outdoor activity, yay! I'm so glad it's spring!

P.S. Mana - There is no way I would work out without a sports bra either! Ouchie.

Thanks! I've had a lot of ups and downs over the past 3 months, so it was nice to hit a big number this weekend! Now onto my next goal - 30 lbs by my 30th BD. I've got 2 months so I better be able to do it!

I didn't want to take away from Cackle's post and be a tag on, because I know how that can be. I'm so happy for you, btw!

Yeah, 20 lbs. 60/65 more to go.
