FI and I just bought our first home!! It's right next door to his parents, which is fine since we love them. And they graciously provided us the down payment on the condition that when we go to sell the house we pay them back. Such a huge relief. We take posession Oct 15th, which is one week after the wedding! GAH! I'm so excited and terrified all at the same time.
