So once me and FI got engaged we started planning where we would live once my lease was up. We first was looking at two bedroom apartments since I have property already and I will not be able to buy for another year. Well FI and I had a conversation about buy homes one day and I told him some great advice I heard about purchasing a home on one income so dont have to worry about paying bills or paying debit off. Well FI ran with it a decided that we would do that because of my heart conditions he wanted to make sure if the doctor ever told me to stop working we wont be screwed in a home.
Well we found one, Saturday he put down a good faith deposit and an offer. I was told that we were the only ones that have put a recent offer on the house. The realtor stated that she has submitted the offer to the bank ( short sale) . We should know something by Wednesday.
The house is a single family with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two level split foyer, two car garage with a driveway on the side, huge back yard, fireplace, and walk in closets.
I am so excited and can not wait unitl we hear something.
