AW: St. Lucia! (PiP & LONG!)
Finally got all my pictures uploaded!! I'm here to unload some AW-y goodness and make you forget about how cold it is outside. If it makes any of you feel better, I am currently suffering from a bit of a cold due to rapid change in climate and a combined 14 hours of air travel. SWEET!!! Beware, this is long....

I went on a "rainforest walk" at one of the resorts, and these are some pictures from that...
FI and me sharing a coconut! There was a man on the beach who sold coconuts, cut them open so you could drink the water from it, and then he would cleave it open for you so you could eat the "coconut jelly" inside.
Mmm coconut....
We saw a pirate ship!!!!!
The arch and chairs set up for FSIL's wedding!
FI practicing his trumpet on the dock. He played "In My Life" when the wedding party was walking down the aisle, and "All You Need Is Love" after the ceremony.

Here's something very cool: FI and FSIL's uncle is a professional sand sculptor! As a surprise to FSIL and FBIL, he made a sculpture for their wedding!
That's the uncle, and the newlyweds.
It says their names, and the wedding date. The lovebirds are the wedding motif.
The tent all set up for the dinner reception!
A calypso band showed up to surprise everyone with music!!!
The calypso band asked FI to play with them in the restaurant on the beach!
A gorgeous sunset, one of the last from our balcony that we saw
Aaaaaaaaand that's it!

cate - yeah, Dragan. He's from Bosnia, and apparently it's a very popular name there. I like to say, "Pronounced but not spelled like the mythological creature".
desert - thanks about the dress! I bought it almost 2 years ago and this was only my second time wearing it. I finally got a chance! LOL
eKat - there were 20 of us total, counting the bride and groom. The best part was that FI and FSIL's 96 year old great uncle was able to make the trip from Chicago!
