  License - Hamilton County Probate Court, 9th and Sycamore, 9th floor.

  Name change - you need your marriage license back from the court to begin the process, takes about a week depending on how fast your officiant returns it.  Start with Social Security, then driver's license, jobs, credit cards, etc.

  This might be a dumb question, but if I live in Warren County, do I still go to the Hamilton County Probate Court? Or would I go to the Warren County one?

  Steps to changing your name in Cincinnati:
  
  1. Go to your bank and change your address. You may need to bring a piece of mail with your new address, but this isn't for all banks. They will print you a paper giving proof of your new address. You can't typicallychange your name until you have your new license.
  
  2. Go to your local social security office. Bring the paper with your new address, your marriage license, your birth certificate, and your old SS card.
  
  3. Go to the BMV. Show them the paper the SS office printed for you. You won't have your new SS card yet, but only a paper. You'll also need your old license, and your marriage license. 
  
  4. Change your name at your bank(s). Have your marriage license and new license.
