  Thanks ladies!  It did, it did!!!  I haven't been officially offered the job yet, but they basically told me that they are hiring me.  I figure they want to put together a formal offer to present me with, and I'm happy to wait to see the details!  Very exciting!  Most exciting was that they were discussing the possibility of flying me to London in a WEEK for training!!!!!!!  Woooo hoooo!
