So in one day I went to a cake tasting with Tabitha Ballard and loved it!! Our flavors are going to be Champange, Dulce de Leche, and French Vanilla all with vanilla buttercream icing (I couldn't stop licking that icing off the cupcake!) Then the grooms cake will be chocolate with peanut butter icing (which I am still against feeling like it will taste like a childs candy, but I guess it's not my cake lol)
Then we went to Petals and Stems for our flowers. They were so nice and helpful since I had no clue what I wanted. We use them at the hotel I work at and have always loved their arrangements. Exactly what I had budget price wise as well which is always a plus! (I'm excited about the feathers in my bouquet lol)
Then we went to mens warehouse and decided what we wanted to do for the tux. It took me and the sales guy to convince my FI that he couldn't wear blue to match the bridesmaids while all the other guys are in white because then he wouldn't match me. (He felt white ties would be boring for him and blue matches his eyes lol)
Since I've felt very behind in planning with about 3 months to go I'm glad these are done!
