So upset about my dress!

Well about 6 months ago, I said yes to my dress. We decided that we would order it in March. Well, come to find out, no one can get ahold of the vendor! They've tried emailing, calling, faxing, everything short of sending a carrier pigeon! Idk what to do!!! I fell in absolutely love with my dress!

My MOH is going to drive up and we go see if we can find a dress that I like that looks as close as possible to the dress I love! I knew I should have ordered it back then! I'm so kicking myself in the butt now.

End Bridal Meltdown.

If you can't find it....maybe you can get it custom made? There's still plenty of time if you decide to do that.

Oh no! That really sucks, I'm sorry :-( Was it a dress specific to that store or is it something you can find somewhere else? Do you have a pic of it to see if any of us can help find something similar?

ETA - It's actually probably a good thing you didn't order before they apparently closed down. It would suck more to put a down payment on a dress (or pay it off!) and not be able to get it! Hopefully they didn't do that to anyone :-\

I found some kinda similar ones. I was looking for a strapless ball gown with pickups. Hope one of these is close to something you might like! (btw made them clickies so the link wouldn't be all messy)

Girl! I <3 you! Thank you for posting these! I am going to look now for sure! I have been searching Allure as well with a local shop here to see if I find one that is similar, there are some runners up that's for sure....I just can't believe that happened though. I am already self conscious because I'm a PS bride and I don't think I look good in formals and the like, but when I tried on that dress, I felt amazing! I looked gorgeous! **Sigh**

No problem! I know the feeling.. I'm borderline plus sized so it sucks when I want to try on a dress and it won't fit over my big hips and boobs.. lol.
