What to ask?

Hello Girls!
I will be going to my venue (ceremony and reception in the same place) on Friday to sign the contract and to put our first payment down.
I wanted to talk to you guys to see if there is anything I should be asking that I am not thinking of. Right now I don't have a list of questions or anything. I will be going over my contract tonight with a fine tooth comb. Is there anything I should be looking for? Any info or advice would be great! :)
Thanks!

Make sure if its something that they have agreed to, that it is in the contract.

    insurance required?
    noise ordinances.
    a detailed listing of what's included (rentals/use of a kitchen/etc).
Any other deposits (my venue requires a cleaning deposit upon arrival - that we will get back the day after if we haven't messed the place up too badly. ha)

That's all I can think of.  Good luck!  this is a huge check!  :D

What time can outside vendors come in for set up?
If food is included - is there a lower price for children?
Is a Day of Coordinator included?
Are seat covers and other linens included?
What's the pricing structure for alcoholic beverages?

There are a ton more, but I'm out of time!
