30 DS Day 1..

My legs are like jello.. My arms okay. it's a lot tougher than I thought! wish me luck!

    That's what I love about 30DS - it's a short workout but it's SO intense! I technically just finished day 4 but I've taken some breaks in between (stupidly, I really should just get off my lazy butt and do it EVERY DAY!!). Good luck!

  • The first day I did that (a little over a year ago) I was dying. I was decently in shape too, but more with cardio stuff. Within short order you'll pick it up. On days that I'm not at the gym or curling, I rotate through all the levels 30DS, Ripped in 30, and a bunch of other videos. It's awesome to see how much stronger I am!

  • I did level 2 day 5 today.  It was alot harder than I thought as well. "its only 20 minutes it cant be that bad" ... yeah, im really excited to not be on level 2 anymore.  Lots more swearing has come out of my mouth in level 2... anyways keep going, it does get easier most days :)  also Always put your heart in to it, I have noticed if i only halfway commit to it one day i can tell the next day.

  • I am on day 6 today, but I skipped a few days. It definitely gets better. It is still tough, but I am not as sore, or out of breath like I was on day 1. Good luck...we can look great if we stick with it!!! You are not alone in this...

  • I just started Day 1 - although I've done this workout before. Now I'm adding a diet to it to start really losing weight. I just got her 6wk 6pk abs dvd I was thinking of doing in between. Anyone tried that one?
  • Goodluck! I am on day 15, though sprain my ankle running last week so I will hopefully be able to get back to it in a few days! It is a great work out I have been doing the P90X AB ripper afterwards
