First Dress Fitting :) (PIP)

I had my first dress fitting this morning and it went great! The seamstress showed me a couple bustle options and I decided to go with a French bustle. She said she doesn't have to take any part of my dress in and the top fits great. She is just going to hem it for me and create the bustle and that's it. I'm going in again at the beginning of June for my second, final, fitting.

The veil is my mom's veil from her wedding.

Well I thought it was pretty with the waves on the ones side.

I would do a loose bun with curls escaping but one of FIs few requests was my hair down.

Beautiful! I think your hair looks fantastic in your siggy pic, so elegant and sophisticated, I think you should wear it just like that! The mom's veil part is very nice as well, I always wish my mother had something in her wedding that I liked enough/was in good enough condition for mine.

PopPow I think I may end up doing a bun like what you described. I wasn't certain I could pull off doing my own hair for the wedding but my seamstress said she liked my hair today too.

Michelle thanks! At the end of that photo session my photographer asked me if I had someone to do my hair yet and I told him I was thinking of doing it myself. He was like "Oh, no! Don't do it yourself!" and I felt crushed because I was so happy with the style I did that day.

I'll keep experimenting to see what I come up with. Thanks guys.
