Hi Ladies, I am doing all of the planning, but want someone who can take over the day-of.  Can you recommend your wedding planners who did day-of for around $500?

    Mine was less than $1000, but possibly a little more than you're looking for...I paid $700, but it was WELL worth it. We used Myra Lewis at Exceeding Expectations.

    ETA: This included rehearsal coordination, as well as coordinating with each vendor the week before (confirming details, sending them the schedules, meeting with the venue for a walk through).

    I think mine offers day-of for around $600.  A Grande Affair out of Leesburg.

    I'm paying $550 for two planners for day-of. I will likely pay a bit more for rehearsal coordination as well.

    I'm using Graceful Weddings - it's Anna Baker and Anne Charbeoneau and they are awesome! They have a great good cop/bad cop type relationship. They've been super helpful and very prompt in communication thus far.

    (They also charge a pretty low hourly rate if you want to add anything on or realize at the last minute that you are in over your head and need help with ANYTHING, like tying bows on favors and such. Knowing this makes me less stressed!)
