Needs Ideas for Vow Renewal

We are thowing my grandparents a vow renewal/anniversary party. They have been married for 50 years! My mom and I are looking for favor ideas that are cheap, but elegant. Does anyone have ideas?

    Tulle is really cheap. You could get some of those little tulle bags with the drawstring and fill them with candy or something.

    Is their a theme to the party? If not, I would just start looking around at Michael's, Hobby Lobby and Party City. They usually have a good selection of party related stuff.
