Houston Brides please help?

I want to know if y'all know anything about this venue:

They're the cheapest I've found so far. Their decor is kinda vanilla, but I plan on decorating it myself if I use them. Using this place would allow me to get a better photographer, pick my own officiant, etc., but they don't include a cake or dj.

If you are on a budget.. Try the Chateau Crystale. I am booked with them. They include just about everything... Room, tables, covers, chair sashes, center pieces, food. I even got a champaigne toast and a cake all for one price.... Very nice place...

You should totally look into http://www.cleopatrabanquethouston.com/ their Platinum Package has EVERYTHING! They are so sweet, my husband and I are renewing our vows there in 2012 for our five year anniversary. Good luck!

My brother had his wedding at the gardens, both ceremony and reception. The area is not the best, the inside when you walk in is pretty though (fountain). There is plenty of parking outside but multiple weddings can be going on same time, same day. They are inexpensive but I would recommend taking your own decor to spruce things up.

I too looked at Cleaopatra Banquet ... I was not too impressed after looking at other venues. The place has a low ceiling and seems a bit out dated. I am on a tight budget... I live on the NW side,... but I decided to venture to the SW and found the Chateau Crystale, which is a much better value for the money in my eyes.

Is Chateau Crystale on southeast side? I haven't even looked at where these places are. Does that mean Cleopatra is on NW side? And how does anybody feel about Majestic Ventures, if any of y'all know?

www.haciendabella.net in Pasadena (Teresa) and www.sumbc.org (the church has beautiful annex across the street that you can host your renewal in but you'd have to DIY everything. You can also use their full kitchen if necessary. Ask to speak to Robert Swearington).

I booked with the Cypress Chateau and am very impressed with everything so far. They are very reasonably priced and you have to see the place in person to really see how beautiful it is.

Hacienda Bella - I absolutely LOVE Teresa. She is so easy to work with and has a LOT to offer!!!
The place is beautiful and has several vendors to choose from depending on the package you choose.
