If you do a google search for "wedding vows" lots of stuff will come up. Some are traditional-- "sickness and in health" some are more religious, others are poetic etc. I would read over sample vows and see what you like. I am a traditionalist apparently but i only realized that after reading a bunch of samples.
Do you have an officiant? They may have sample vows to look at too.
For me, I thought--"what feels natural??? would I feel comfortable or happy saying this???" You may feel traditional vows are too boring, but I like that I have heard them over and over--for me it feels "right". But maybe you want something more personal or poetic to show a more sensitive side.

I've read a couple but I'm overwhelmed. I don't have an officiant yet.
how do you know if the vows are right for you?
