  Simple, plain tulle, single tiered with no embellishments.

  I agree. I think a simple tulle veil with no embellishment would be best. Maybe one with a nice finished edge?

  I'm wearing a full lace gown and the veil I tried on with it and picked is a cathedral length plain ivory tulle. It's beautiful and the veil was one of my favorite parts. I was originally thinking lace trimmed veil but the simplicity of the veil I chose definitely worked much better with the dress.
