    it went great!!! thank you for asking!! we felt like we were signing our lives away, but our down payment/monthly payments are going to be right where we wanted them to be, and our broker is going to rush everything to keep us on track for our June 15th closing. I still can't even believe it!!!!

    Thanks ladies!!! It is awesome to have such a fun support system here on the internets :)

    elizabethmae - we made our first offer on the home SERIOUSLY 3.5 weeks ago. We had June 15th as our closing date in that offer (which made more sense than in our most recent offer)...and we never changed it. And the seller is agreeing to it. So our broker is going to try to rush the underwriting process to make it happen :) I am THRILLED!

    I finally found a few pictures!! they absolutely do not do the home justice, but at least you can see how awesome the kitchen is :)

    It's downtown, and both fiance and I work downtown, so our commutes will be all of 1.5 miles (for me) and 2 miles (for fiance). :-D

    hahahaha!!! luckily we will have three guest suites with their own bathrooms so we can host LOTS of knotties!!!

    We bought our house in March and our closing date is 2 days before yours... you fast closers are CRAZY hahaha!

    Wow! I'm jealous of your commute!! Are you guys going to walk to work? I used to drive 45 miles one way and now I drive about 20 miles and it felt SO SHORT! But now I wish I lived a lot closer to work haha.

    Fiance and I fall into the category of people who work hard, play hard, and work out even hardest....but are REALLY lazy when we can be lazy. I know I will definitely drive to work hahaha. Fiance has talked about biking to work, but he has been talking about doing that for years now, and never has, so I will believe it when I see it.
     
    Rumor is that a Fresh Market will be opening seriously a block and a half away from our new house. I am going to live there if it ends up happening. Do you guys have Fresh Markets?? i actually like them even better than Whole Foods.
