Rehearsal Dinner in Estes Park

THe future in-laws are coming down to Estes from Seattle for Thanksgiving, so scout out some ideas for our rehearsal dinner.

They want something a bit formal (even though it's Estes and nothing is really "formal)

Any ideas of where we should look?

    I suppose it depends on your idea of formal.  if by formal you mean a multi-course dinner in an elegant setting, you are right, choices are limited, but they do exist.  I would suggest The Chalet Room at Mary's Lake Lodge, The Inn at Glen Haven,  The Stanley or The Dunraven Inn.
