  I'm pretty sure they travel but try Maude in Herndon, VA.  They're fantastic!  I've been seeing Celeste (one of the owners) for years now.

  Perry Warren in Springfield, Va.  He comes to your location and has gotten great reviews!  I'm using him for mine next year and will probably start going to him for regular cuts.

  If you are in the DC area, you might look at Nena's Special Occasions Hair and Make-Up.  She will travel to the location and do hair for $40 pp and make-up for $20 pp.  She will also do a free trial for the bride.  We used her for our reception, and she did a great job.
