Hi,
I'm having an outdoor summer wedding this July and would like to get fans for one of the favors. I keep seeing these:

and they're super cute, but they look flimsy. Does anyone know if this type of fan actually "fans" or if they're more decorative than useful?

They'll work. As long as they move air, they work.

They work and help, but technically make you warmer (when you stop fanning) because you are using energy to make them work.
