Morning, all!  How was everyone's weekend?  H and I had a great time at the beach.  Even though he couldn't get in the water like he wanted, it was still nice just getting to relax and people watch.  We've decided that we need to do more low-key weekend trips more often.  Or just have a pool installed...

Not much happening today, just back to work as usual.

    Silly Shay. You're from Florida, you know it's better to have a close friend with a pool rather than own one yourself. Pool maintenance sucks. I miss the beach. H and I need to go out there more often.

    We had a good weekend. I'm actually rested for once. Today is just work, then a quick trip to the grocery store. I swear I feel like I live there, I go so often.

    ha ha I know Sesh.  I grew up with a pool - and was put to work cleaning it every summer - so I know how much they suck ha ha.  But man oh man, this weekend was glorious!

    And I totally know what you mean about basically living at the grocery store.  We went yesterday and despite the fact that I planned out our meals and made a shopping list, I forgot to put a boatload of other stuff on the list so I've got to go back tonight.

    I usually end up going because of Whisky. He goes through his food either really fast or really slow, so I never know how much to buy at once. Today I have to get that and more Cokes since H went on a binge yesterday and Sunday and drank all my canned Cokes that I bring for lunch. Butthead.

    I had such an amazing weekend!!
    We headed to the cottage and chilled all weekend. My FI made me and the family an amazing Birthday dinner. He is the greatest cook! Then Monday we headed back and he surprised me with bringing me to sushi with friends and then we all went to a movie.
    All in all it was a great long weekend with lots of r&r, food and drinks.

    I'm super excited for September 15th though. The wedding show is coming to town. I can't wait!

    Morning,

    This weekend was filled with getting wedding ish done.  I did a couple things.  I'm more upset that my dress seems to be a little too big right now and it's too late time-wise and money wise to do alterations.  I'm annoyed.

    Good morning!

    I don't have any classes until 1pm so I have a whole morning for studying.  Except in true student fashion, i'm spending it watching Supernatural and cop dramas while contemplating what to eat.

    Short weeks due to holidays always throw me off.  It totally feels like Monday.  No big plans this week other than to get through so we can go golfing and hiking next weekend.

    Morning! I'm trying to pack up my office for my move next week since I will be on travel. It is more dusty in here than I realized so now I am sneezing up a storm. It's hard to focus. Sesh, I am so jealous that you are rested. I am not and really wish I was so I could make it through this day!

    Get the pool!  Lol.  We only get to use it about 3-4 months a year and its so worth it.

    Morning ladies.  I had a Drs appt today and my ovaries are full of follicles so im super uncomfortable.  Its raining here which is funny since its the first day back to school for the kids.

    Our weekend was low key.  H was super busy at work and slept in.  We got a lot of house/organizing stuff done.  We cleaned out the garage so we can order the firewood.  We want to get it earlier this year so we can actually use the fire pit we have but have never used, lol.

    The weekend seemed to go by so fast. FI worked all weekend but we went over my parents house a few times for dinners and pool time. It was nice.

    Weekend was good. I made another cake for practice! Thoughts? I like feed back...




    This was just a practice version. The real one will be at the end of the month for my inlaws 50th anniversary party. In the real one, the dots in the quilted part will be gold too.

    Anyway, the weekend was good. Sorry you are in pain Blue. I hope it means something good is coming your way!
