Cheaper flower

I like the look of peonies, but know they are expensive. Is there another Spring flower that comes in dark pinks that has a similar look for a lower price tag?

Another option is carnations. When tightly packed together in one color, they resemble the fluffiness of peonies. I'd try packing carnations together. They are very affordable and have the fluffy look of peonies.

We weren't sure until the week of my wedding if the peonies would be available... my florist suggested carnations as an alternative. I'd go with them
