Our HM will be our vacation. FI and I are so excited! We have only taken 1 true vacation while we have dated. We are going on a 4 day Bahama cruise then going to a Cincinnati Reds game on the way home.

FI and take mini-vacations pretty frequently-- like weekend trips. We just got back from one yesterday.
We only have one more mini-trip planned and that's in July. Then, we are going into vacation- hiatus mode to get excited for our honeymoon in December!!
DH and I just got back from our HM in late November, so we're not thinking about any vacations just yet, lol. DH's spring break is the second week of March and I always take off work that week so we're both home, but we were thinking about having a "staycation" that week and doing fun things like a picnic at the lake at our apartment complex, going swimming in the apartment's pool, seeing movies at the local theater, window shopping at the mall, etc. We live on the Gulf Coast, so we can go to the beach whenever we feel like it, but we don't really count that as a vacation.
Honestly, other than a day trip to the beach or that "staycation" for Spring Break, I don't think we'll be going anywhere.
Our HM, obviously. We're also doing my usual family vacation to San Diego in September (about 2 weeks after we get back from the HM!), and we'll probably also do a few small weekend trips here and there.
Well, our DW probably counts-- that's in Estes Park, CO. Then our Honeymoon in the caribbean, and the in-laws have been kickin around the idea of a trip for Christmas. I'm going to be a very spoiled traveler!
Our HM cruise! Aside from that, we both have grandparents who have cottages, so during the summer we spend time at both places, which is like mini vacations. Also at one point we were kicking around the idea of a long weekend (Chicago maybe) to celebrate when I'm done with my PhD, but it turns out that will be right before our wedding/honeymoon, so I don't know if we're still doing that.
We're going to Kiawah Island in SC with my family. We've gone almost every year (except last summer and a few others) since I was 4. Still waiting to hear exactly when we're going, but I think it'll be in July.
We're thinking about going camping over Spring Break. And we have lots of weekend trips for church things in the summer. That's our poor college kid version of a vacation. Haha!

Has Fletcher been to Kiawah before? I was so amazed the first time DH too me to Kiawah.
We went for a weekend this past summer - it was so strange to see so many people there because we normally go in the fall, winter, and spring. I think it was only the second time I'd been there in the summer!

Our honeymoon will only be about 2-3 nights in Savannah. Atlanta for Labor Day weekend. Couples Retreat in November. And then we might go to the Biltmore in December after Christmas for a few nights. I've heard it's beautiful when it's decorated for Christams!

We wanted to go to Disney World for our anniversary in July, but a wedding that H is in (in Dallas) in March, another wedding he is in in May and one I am in in October might make us too broke for a vacation. My good friend will be performing on a Disney cruise again this year so we thought about going on that for our anniversary but I'm sure that's really expensive. H's aunt and uncle have a house in Cape May, NJ and he has gone every year since he was little. So maybe we'll go there. We will see.
