Beach Ceremony Music?

Hi! I'm looking for ideas for Ceremony music for an outdoor beach wedding. I know music is difficult to carry out by the water, but I couldn't imagine having silence! Just looking for input on what other brides are using/have used. Thanks!

    Hire a musician. A guitarist or violion player would be nice or even a string quartet. They can also provide pre-ceremony music to entertain the guests as they arrive.If you budget is tight check at local colleges for music majors.

    We are having a steel drum player for our beach wedding. He is going to play for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Then we are going to have a DJ for the reception. I think steel drums give off a real beachy vibe.

    We had a string quartet for our beach ceremony.  I hired high school kids.
