Has any1 had/having their dress made

I really want this vintage dress but not for the price it is plus I know it wont fit so I was thinking about getting mines made....any ladies had theirs done if so did it turn out to your expectations

    I am having my dress made. My youngest sister made my middle sister's dress for her wedding a few years ago so it only makes sense to have her do mine. For the patterns and materials each of our dresses cost less than $100. We bought the pattern for mine a few weeks ago, but I don't want her to get started until I lose a little more weight.
