Amsale Look-a-likes?

Hi!!! Does any one have a suggestion for where I can find bridesmaids dresses that are similar to Amsale's but for much less cost?

I love the simple elegance of the designs and the colors are perfect, but I need something less than $150. I am looking for a long dresses in blush and champagne.

Re: Amsale Look-a-likes?

  • Really any of the long ones. I want my girls to be able to choose whichever neckline they feel most comfortable with.

There are a lot on my pinterest: http://pinterest.com/ksnash14/bridesmaids/

But I really like this one, I'm not even sure if it's Amsale though.
  • Nordstom now carries Amsale bridesmaid dresses.  If there is a Nordstom Rack near you, please check it.  They had discounted Amsale bridesmaid dresses for $100 - $120.
Also, either Rue la la or Ideeli recently had Amsale bridesmaid dresses for around $100.

  • Talk to your local store that carries Amsale dresses. They may have  a trunk show where you can get a discount. I coordinated this for my girls, and they got a 15% discount on their Amsale bridesmaid dresses. They're dresses are great, all the girls looked great. I wore Amsale as well. Clearly I love them Smile
  • Thank you for the suggestions! But unfortunately I am not near a Nordstrom Rack. And I don't think I can negotiate a deal at one store, because my girls live all over the country. One in Omaha where I am, 3 in 3 different parts of Indiana, one in Baltimore and one in Savannah.

I was hoping someone know of a designer found at a department store or online with easy returns that carry dresses similar to Amsale.

</div><div>It is an Amsale...one of my BMs picked that dress =]  They are gorgeous in person and SO comfortable (I tried one on).</div><div>
</div><div>I agree with PPs, I'd stalk Nordstrom online for sales, like this one:</div><div><a href="http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/amsale-crinkled-chiffon-halter-gown/3213798?origin=category&resultback=1200" rel="nofollow">http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/amsale-crinkled-chiffon-halter-gown/3213798?origin=category&resultback=1200</a> </div><div>
</div><div>Trunk shows might be another option, but I doubt there would be as much of a discount as you know need.</div><div>
</div><div>I'd look for crinkle chiffon dresses from other designers, too - that's the material.

I had bridesmaids all over the country as well. I coordinated ordering all the dresses through one store close to me, which insured all the girls 15% off their dresses. The dresses were sent to each of the girls when they arrived. Most bridal salons are used to dealing with bridesmaids around the country. We had one in NC, MN, CA, and IL. We live in DC and the wedding was in MN. So while it took a lttile extra work, it saved everyone money and they all got beautiful dresses out of it.
