I had a little melt down about wedding budget a couple of weeks ago because I was saving so much more than FI (you might remember the post). I just checked our wedding account and FI put $400 in it!!! I'm so happy I could kiss him. Let's hope he keeps this up. :)

    I've been struggling on this with mine too! On his own, with no nagging, put $150 into it over the weekend. I was amazed.

    Here's to hoping they both keep it up!lol

    Hurray!! I'd love for my FI to do that too. So far I've been paying for everything for the wedding and I've put  most of the money into the savings account. I was really pleased when I mentioned the carriage rental and not having the money for it right now and his response was "that's ok, cause I'm planning to pay for it." Hurray!
