MIA, registry, and wedding shower invites!! (PIP)

I have been MIA for a while now.  I got really busy with starting my own business becoming a Tastefully Simple consultant and with my full time job that I couldn't find time for any wedding stuff since November.  I finally sat down on Sunday and made our shower invites.  Here they are let me know what you think!  I wonder who will notice what our theme is?

We also went to go register last week.  We registered at Bed, Bath & Beyond, JCPenney, and Amazon.com.  I am extremely confused about what I actually need vs. things we just want but don't really need.  We also have things all over the place.  So I am going to sit down on Saturday and get them all straightened out.  What did you ladies register for that you think some brides may forget to register for or something your really excited you registered for?

  • Cute invites!! :) And we registered for things all over also.
  • Love the invites! They're really cute. Ditto- we registered all over the place.

  • Congrats on the checks!  I think that the invites are gorgeous!  We registered at Target last weekend, and we will be registering at Macy's next weekend.  We registered for a lot of kitchen stuff and linens that we would like to upgrade (we do have some nice/new kitchen stuff, but we're still using mismatched plates and such from college) some goofy/fun things that we would never buy for ourselves.  My fiance chose to register for a fruit basket and a deviled egg plate :)
We tried to keep things sort of organized: Target: kitchen basics, small appliances, small electronics, vacuum, and other "around the house" stuff". Macy's: servingware and more fun kitchen stuff, towels, and linens.  However, just like you guys, I can already tell things will get mixed around.  I'll probably do a little sorting too so I don't end up with 37 towels.
