Hey!
we are loooking into christos Union depot and  i saw your having your rception there?? I had a couple questions.. what is the pricing like?  what kind of feel you going for? We are trying to go for the vintage/victorian feel so wondering if it could give off that feel?
I just emailed them...any other info please feel free to pass along :)

The pricing totally depends on what time of year your wedding reception will be. Since ours is in the winter (considered "off-season"), we're getting a pretty great deal on our reception including a reduced facility rental fee, no F&B minimum and waived cake cutting fees. If your wedding was in the prime summertime months, you'd be held accountable to a $14,000 F&B minimum for a Saturday evening!

We are going for a very classic, elegant reception with a slight art-deco vibe. The depot definitely has a historical ambiance to it, but could work well with any type of wedding feel - Victorian, vintage, old-school - I think it would all of those themes would work well in the space.

Georgia (the coordinator) has been great to work with so far, and she'll send you a huge packet of info that has all the pricing, requirements, etc. The space is under construction right now (scheduled to be done in early December), so I think they're just happy to be booking for next year (that's possibly also why she was willing to slash fees).

Good luck and feel free to PM me if you have further questions!
