Dessert Buffet Help

Hi...I would like to have a dessert buffet for my wedding of 200 people.  Any suggestions of bakeries/bakers to do it on a budget of $500?

    I'm having a dessert/candy buffet.   The company I am using was the most affordable and I used for my florist and planner as well so I got a discount.  But she's really easy to work with and my friends all used her at their weddings for their buffets.  They were so tasty and I loved the pesentation.  My best friend had a very minimal budget and it worked out for her.  Her name is Christine.  www.amazingarrangements.com  Good Luck!
