  I have seen one that would be easy to make if you are crafty in the slightest. Just get a shadow box from a craft store and do some slight modifications. Here is a seller on esty that has them...

  Go to the dollar store or check out the thrift stores for your vases, seriously! Or, your craft stores. Your sand you can find at most craft stores.
