Hi All,
I'm looking to loose a lot of weight quickly and someone recommended FA. I went to the meetings and it seemed like a lot to take on - we have to make 3 calls a day, follow a strict foodplan, and go to 3 meetings a week. On the other hand, its free and the foodplan makes sense.
Has anyone else tried FA? Would you recommend it?
