    YAY! that must have been a good feeling to open the mailbox and get the rsvp's.  
    I cannot wait to get to that point. 

    Did you do save the date cards?  we are contemplating it.

    It is fun! I can actually look forward to getting the mail for a little while now that there is something other than bills!!

    JuJuBee1977  - we did not do save the dates but we did created a wedding website on weddingwire.com and shared that with everyone. It had the date and other important information on it.  We needed to get the word out to FI's family and friends as most of them are traveling and we wanted to give them plenty of time to plan.  We called older friends/relatives that we thought would not go online and check out the website to make sure they knew.

    How was the experience getting the marriage license?  What did you have to take and how difficult was it? Spill details please.

    Getting the marriage license was super easy!   We just went to our town hall, filled out some paperwork, showed our licenses, paid $50 and we were done!
